Job summary

Calleo is seeking a Lead Interaction Designer (Learning Design) to craft engaging learning experiences for a federal department based in Canberra. You will review existing programs, design new ones, and produce multimedia resources across the intranet, media library, and LMS.

The role requires LMS administration expertise, instructional design grounded in adult learning principles, and strong content creation skills.

• $100 to $115 per hour including super
• 12-month contract, potential for 2 x 12-month extensions
• Canberra based, onsite, starting February 2027

About the role
