Job summary

Calleo is seeking a Lead Interaction Designer (Learning Design) to craft engaging learning experiences for a federal department based in Canberra. You will review existing programs, design new ones, and produce multimedia resources across the intranet, media library, and LMS.

The role requires LMS administration expertise, instructional design grounded in adult learning principles, and strong content creation skills.

Qualifications

• LMS administration experience and system management.
• Instructional design grounded in adult learning principles.
• Content creation across video, graphics and digital media.
• Strong writing and web publishing skills.
• Experience with Acorn LMS or LinkedIn Learning is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design learning programs using adult learning principles.
• Create video, eLearning, toolkits and multimedia content.
• Build, upload and test resources in the LMS.
• Manage intranet, SharePoint and LMS design and branding.
• Partner with stakeholders to scope learning needs.
