Job summary

Government client (agency undisclosed) in Canberra seeks an experienced Learning Design and Delivery Coordinator to design, deliver and evaluate accessible learning solutions across face-to-face, virtual and blended formats. You will work with First Nations stakeholders to ensure culturally safe, evidence-based learning aligned to workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and delivering learning initiatives.
• Understanding First Nations cultures and applying cultural safety to workforce development.
• Ability to build respectful relationships with First Nations peoples, communities and organisations.
• Strong facilitation skills across face-to-face and online environments.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and development tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in government or Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver workshops, digital learning and capability initiatives.
• Facilitate engaging, culturally safe learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Coordinate learning schedules, administration and program delivery.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and monitor project milestones.
• Contribute to reporting and support continuous improvement.
