You will be working for a global mining equipment and technology OEM within its Underground Mining product development team.
The team develops sophisticated mining technology used to orchestrate and monitor underground mining operations, including technology supporting autonomous mining equipment.
This is a global product development environment, with team members located across Australia, the US and India.
What we're looking for We are looking for someone at an early stage of their project scheduling or project coordination career who is keen to develop their skills within a sophisticated global product development environment.
Formal project management or scheduling qualifications such as PMP or PMI-SP are not required for this position.
The role can be based in either the Southern Perth office or Burnie, Tasmania.
This is an office-based position requiring you to work in the office five days per week. Candidates must already be based in Perth or Burnie or be willing to relocate to one of these locations.
Only Australian/New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents will be considered for this role.
This is an initial 12-month contract position, paid at an hourly rate. There is a strong likelihood of extension or the opportunity to move into a permanent position for strong performers.
