Job summary

Grand Saddles lodge on Mount White, NSW, seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the lodge attendant team, allocating work, inspecting villas, and coaching staff to a flawless guest experience. You will collaborate with front office and maintenance to keep every villa ready on time and every preference honoured on changeover days.

The role supports pre-opening phase work, establishing procedures, training the founding team, and setting up stock and linen systems alongside the Hotel

Qualifications

• At least three years' housekeeping experience in luxury settings.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role.
• Exceptional eye for detail and presentation.
• Confident leadership with coaching style.
• Strong organisational skills including rostering and time management.
• Experience with stock control and linen management.
• Knowledge of hygiene and WHS requirements.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Mews or similar PMS.
• Pre-opening experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily briefings and allocate villa and public area assignments.
• Inspect every villa to the lodge's standard before guest arrival.
• Train, coach and support villa attendants, including inductions.
• Coordinate with front office on arrivals, departures and status.
• Record and action guest preferences and special occasion requests.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up.
• Manage linen, amenities and cleaning stock including ordering.
• Support rostering and help control labour and supply costs.
• Step in to service villas and deliver turndown when needed.
