Yarrawonga Mulwala Holiday Houses Pty Ltd in Yarrawonga is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead and develop a small team, ensuring pristine presentation of rental properties and exceptional guest experiences.

You will schedule rosters, monitor wages, and project manage housekeeping operations with hands-on cleaning during peak times, while liaising with Guest Services to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or property management.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive in implementing systems, policies and procedures.
• Physically fit with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of casual cleaning and maintenance staff.
• Prepare cleaning rosters, manage timesheets and wage costs in line with budget expectations.
• Provide direction, motivate and assist your team.
• Recruit, train and monitor performance.
• Hands-on cleaning during peak season.
• Maintain house supplies and inventory, keys and security.
• Conduct pre-arrival inspections for guests and renters.
• Work with guest services to coordinate check-ins/outs and guest needs.
• Address maintenance requirements and guest feedback.
