Job summary

Grand Saddles in Mount White, NSW, is seeking a Villa Attendant to uphold the highest standards of lodge presentation and guest comfort. You will prepare and present each villa, deliver thoughtful turndown, restock with care and notice guest preferences to personalise every stay.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work quietly and diligently, maintaining hygiene and safety while collaborating with front office and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, lodge or resort is preferred.
• A meticulous approach and genuine pride in presentation.
• Warm, courteous and discreet in guest interactions.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work efficiently to time.
• An understanding of safe chemical handling and manual handling practices.
• A team player who communicates clearly with front office and maintenance.
• Flexibility across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Your own reliable transport, given the lodge's location in Mount White.

Job description

At Grand Saddles, the lodge is the heart of the stay. It is where guests return after a long lunch, a spa ritual or an afternoon in the valley, and where they should feel entirely at ease. As a Villa Attendant, you create that feeling.

You will prepare and present each lodge to an exacting standard, from the crispness of the linen to the placement of a handwritten note. You will deliver turndown with thought, restock and refresh with care, and notice the small things: the guest who prefers extra pillows, the anniversary that deserves flowers, the book left open on the day bed. Working quietly and discreetly, you will be as much a part of the guest experience as anyone on the front of house team.

The position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and suits someone who takes genuine pride in doing things beautifully.

About You

Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, lodge or resort is preferred, though attitude and eye for detail matter most
