G'day Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Onslow WA housekeeping team and ensure accommodation, amenities and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. This hands-on role coordinates daily operations, supports team members, and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Ideally you have previous housekeeping leadership experience, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and organisational skills, with flexibility for weekends

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible for weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members.
• Allocate daily cleaning schedules and monitor workflow.
• Inspect accommodation units, amenities, and public areas.
• Prepare and present rooms and facilities to standards.
• Manage supplies, linen inventory, and ordering.
• Monitor safety practices and compliance with WHS.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning during busy periods.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely resolution.
• Maintain records, checklists, and housekeeping reports.
