At Grand Saddles, the lodge is where guests return after a long lunch, a spa ritual or an afternoon in the valley, and it should feel quietly perfect every time. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the person who makes sure it does.
You will lead the lodge attendant team day to day, allocating work, inspecting every villa before a guest steps inside, and coaching the team to a standard that feels effortless to the guest and deliberate to us. Working closely with front office and maintenance, you will make sure every villa is ready on time, every preference is honoured, and nothing slips through.
In the opening phase, you will help shape how the department works: establishing procedures, training the founding team, and setting up stock and linen systems alongside the Hotel Manager.
