Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking a Business Development Executive - Lead Generation to identify and qualify new opportunities across Healthcare, Seniors, Education, and Remote & Living Services. You’ll build a pipeline of qualified leads for our Growth team through market research, CRM insights, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and phone-based engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, business development, recruitment, customer engagement, inside sales, or similar.
• Confidence engaging prospective customers by phone and email.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience researching organisations and market opportunities.
• Ability to analyse information and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• An interest in healthcare, aged care, education, resources, community services, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research opportunities across hospitals, aged care providers, schools, universities, workforce accommodation villages, mining camps, and remote communities.
• Build a pipeline of qualified leads using market research, CRM insights, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and phone-based engagement.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders, nurturing relationships until opportunities are ready to progress.
