Job summary

Brown Brothers is seeking an experienced and passionate Event Manager to lead weddings, private functions, corporate events and seasonal brand experiences at our Milawa winery destination.

In this full-time, permanent role on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, you'll own the events program, delivering guest experiences and commercial success while showcasing the Brown Brothers brand and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, hospitality, tourism or related customer-focused industry.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of weddings, private functions, corporate events and seasonal brand activations.
• Manage events from enquiry through to delivery, evaluation and post-event review.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences reflecting the Brown Brothers brand; build relationships with clients and suppliers.
