Enemix is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead a desk in one or more energy market sectors in Sydney. You will build strong client and candidate relationships and run efficient hiring processes to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment experience, ideally in energy, renewables, construction, legal, finance or engineering.
• Track record of billing and building long-term client relationships.
• Wants to be the trusted expert in their patch, not just another biller.
• Firm, fair, and driven with a genuine interest in energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a desk across one or more energy sectors (data centre energy, renewables, construction, legal, finance, engineering).
• Build genuine relationships with clients and candidates shaping Australia's energy future.
• Run a fast, disciplined recruitment process with tangible results.
• Work alongside a high-performing team focused on the market and collaboration.
• Contribute to growth as the office expands and footprint grows globally.
