Job summary

Children First Early Education Gympie is seeking a Trainee Educator to join our growing team. You will help create an inclusive, safe, healthy and productive learning environment for children and support colleagues in delivering the curriculum.

The role focuses on developing positive relationships with children, families and the community while adhering to health, safety and centre policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Studying towards or willing to enroll in Certificate III in Early Childhood as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Blue Card, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications (or willing to obtain).
• Enthusiastic to start a career in the early childhood sector!

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
