Job summary

Edge Early Learning in Crestmead, QLD is seeking a Lead Educator to mentor and coach a team of educators, delivering engaging learning experiences aligned to EYLF and building strong relationships with children and families.

You will work alongside an experienced Centre Director and Educational Leader, create safe, inclusive learning environments, and contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or recognised equivalent at Children’s Services Employee Level 4+)
• Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with the required long day care experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor educators.
• Deliver engaging educational programs aligned to the EYLF.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Create safe, inclusive learning environments.
