G8 Education Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Lead Educator for Jannali Kinder Haven 1. This full-time role (38 hours per week) focuses on delivering high-quality early childhood learning for children aged 0-5 and leading a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning experiences and maintain an outstanding learning environment for 0-5 year olds.
• Collaborate with the team to support children's development and well-being.
• Mentor and support junior staff and educators.
• Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS guidelines and centre policies.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
