Job summary

G8 Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Educator for Jannali Kinder Haven 1 in NSW. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with a focus on delivering a high-quality learning environment for 0–5 year olds.

You’ll bring ACECQA approved qualification, EYLF & NQS knowledge, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential within a supportive, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks.
• Proven educator experience with children aged 0–5.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCSI clearance.
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain an outstanding learning environment for 0–5 year olds.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate activities and routines.
• Collaborate with team to support individual learning plans.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing and high-quality care at all times.

is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 45 children with operating hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
