Job summary

Jannali Kinder Haven 1, part of G8 Education Ltd, is seeking an Assistant Educator to join a friendly, supportive team. You will help build a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0–5 and work 38 hours per week in a full-time capacity.

Ideal candidates hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services, understand EYLF/NQS, and have valid Working with Children Check and First Aid. Join a network of 400+ centres with extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved certificate 3 or diploma in children’s services is required.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS is essential.
• Experience working with children aged 0–5 years.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to a high-quality learning environment for children.
• Collaborate with qualified Early Childhood professionals to plan and implement activities.
• Maintain strong communication with families and team members.

Jannali Kinder Haven 1 is offering an exceptional candidate an Assistant Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 45 children with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
