Job summary

G8 Education Limited’s Kindy Patch Redhead is seeking an experienced Lead Educator. This full-time role (38 hours per week) focuses on delivering high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing environment.

You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services, understand EYLF and NQS, and have 0–5 year teaching experience with strong communication and a valid Working with Children Check. Join a supportive team and contribute to children’s growth.

This role is Full-Time working 38hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 72 children with operating hours from 7:00am - 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
