Job summary

G8 Education Limited's Community Kids Greenway Park Early Education Centre in Sydney is seeking an experienced Lead Educator. You will lead high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5, drawing on EYLF and NQS, and work within a supportive team to nurture growth and development.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with Above Award wages and access to extensive professional development and staff benefits across our 400+ centres nationwide.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience with children aged 0–5 years in an early childhood service.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCIS clearance.
• First Aid certificate.

Community Kids Greenway Park Early Education Centre is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 45children with operating hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
