Bright Steps Academy Horsham is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and inspire our team and children. You will support and develop meaningful experiences for learners and colleagues, fostering a warm, inclusive environment.

As a Diploma-qualified educator, you will lead play-based programs aligned with EYLF & NQS, collaborate with families, and contribute to ongoing professional development and a thriving, values-led community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Sound understanding of NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Experience leading a room or mentoring educators.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR.
• Full Australian working rights for this service.

• Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF & NQS.
