Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
• Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Current WWCC clearance and First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor educators and support staff within the service area.
• Plan and assess age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with NQF.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment supporting development.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and wellbeing.
• Ensure duty of care, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Guide educators in best-practice early childhood approaches.
• Contribute to staff training and professional development.
