Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators within our National Learning, Research, and Development program.

You will engage with families and children, emphasising the Image of the Child, inclusion, and wellbeing, and participate in ongoing professional learning.

A strong support network and opportunities to develop your career through internal programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (AnACECQA-approved).
• Valid Working with Children Check (state-specific).
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• HLTAID012 First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator role guiding and mentoring a team of Educators.
• Implement and support the National Learning, Research, and Development program.
• Foster inclusion, wellbeing and safety of children.

Education
