Job summary

Edge Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to mentor a dedicated team and deliver engaging learning experiences across Nursery, Toddler, Kindergarten and related rooms. You will work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to shape a positive centre culture and drive quality outcomes.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) with relevant lead experience in Australian long day care. Availability for opening/closing shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead Educator with responsibility to guide a team within a long day care setting.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF frameworks.
• Ability to mentor and develop educators and maintain partnerships with families.

Responsibilities
