Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty is seeking a Lead Educator to guide a team of Educators, shaping rich, child-centered learning experiences. The role emphasizes the 'Image of the Child' and collaborative planning within a well-resourced environment.

You will access extensive professional development through the NLRDP program, receive daily guidance from the Educational Leader, and benefit from a strong support network and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children\'s Check (state-relevant).
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsabilités

• Lead Educator role mentoring a team of Educators to greatness.
• Focus on the ‘Image of the Child’ to ignite creativity and curiosity in children.
• Engage with the National Learning, Research, and Development program (NLRDP) for ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate to create a well-resourced, well-planned learning environment.
• Participate in ongoing development and support from internal programs.
