Job summary

Busy Bees at Lara is seeking a Lead Educator on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. You will lead daily learning in your room, mentor staff, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children. Join a global early learning provider focused on high-quality education and child safety.

You will drive EYLF-aligned programs, collaborate with families and the community, and ensure policy compliance while supporting children's development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Working with Children Check (VIC) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
• Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences.
