Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• WWVP/Working with Children Check for relevant states.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
• Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences.
