Job summary

Busy Bees at Lara is seeking a Lead Educator on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. You will lead daily learning in your room, mentor staff, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children. Join a global early learning provider focused on high-quality education and child safety.

You will drive EYLF-aligned programs, collaborate with families and the community, and ensure policy compliance while supporting children's development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Working with Children Check (VIC) required.

Lead Educator (Fixed-Term 6 Months) | $36.14 - $41.11 per hour | Lara

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Lara, on a fixed-term, 6 month basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.
