Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an inspiring Educational Leader to mentor educators at Busy Bees Georges Hall, NSW, on a full-time basis. The role focuses on leading quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and driving continuous improvement across the service.

You will guide EYLF implementation, support documentation, and lead professional discussions with the team, while collaborating with the Centre Director to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF.
• Experience mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality
• Guide implementation of the EYLF across the centre
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the NQF
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team
• Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children
