Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join Busy Bees at Cameron Park, NSW, on a full-time basis. You will lead the daily learning program, mentor Educators and create a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.

With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, current First Aid and a Working with Children Check, you will inspire teams, ensure EYLF/NQS compliance and build strong connections with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Must hold Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• WWCC (Working with Children Check) clearance is required.
• Experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF and centre policies.

Lead Educator Full-Time | $39.90 - $41.11 per hour | Cameron Park, NSW

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Cameron Park, located at 37 Blackwood Circuit, Cameron Park NSW 2285, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
