Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a Lead Educator for our Pimpama, QLD service. This full-time role leads the daily learning program in your room and mentors Educators, creating a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.

You will ensure alignment with EYLF and NQS, build strong relationships with families and the local community, and uphold Busy Bees’ Bee Safe commitment to child safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
• Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences.
