Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Educational Leader for Busy Bees at Pimpama to mentor educators, elevate program quality and drive continuous improvement across the service.

You will lead EYLF implementation, support curriculum planning and reflective practice, work with the Centre Director to secure strong outcomes for children, and access ongoing professional development and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Guide implementation of EYLF across the centre.
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team.
• Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children.
