Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join Busy Bees at Pimpama, QLD, on a full-time basis. You will lead the daily learning program, mentor educators and create a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.

You'll hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-equivalent), maintain current First Aid/CPR, and a Working with Children Check for QLD. You will contribute to strong family and community partnerships while ensuring EYLF/NQS compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Pimpama, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.
