Busy Bees is seeking a Lead Educator at the Pimpama centre in Queensland. This full-time role focuses on leading the daily learning program, mentoring room educators, and creating a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.

You will drive high-quality education aligned with EYLF and NQS, build strong family/community relationships, and ensure centre policies are followed while supporting children’s development and wellbeing.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD and ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
• Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through play-based experiences.
