Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a Lead Educator for the Bellmere, QLD centre. This full-time role leads the daily learning program in your room, supports educators, and creates a safe, engaging environment for children to thrive.

You will plan and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF, mentor Educators, build strong relationships with families and the local community, and ensure compliance with NQF and centre policies.

Qualifications

• For Lead Educator, Diploma or ACECQA-equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates are required.
• Working with Children Check for QLD is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
