Job summary

Paisley Park Early Learning Centres is seeking passionate Educators and Leaders for lead roles at our Templestowe centre. You will mentor team members, design programs aligned with EYLF and NQS, and collaborate with families and health professionals to support children’s learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Hold recognised early childhood qualification such as a Diploma or ACECQA-recognised degree.
• Graduate Diploma holders must have at least three years of experience with children in an Australian service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Educators, supporting professional goals and reflective practice.
• Ensure programs reflect children's strengths, culture and emerging development.
• Collaborate with families and external partners to support child learning and safety.
• Maintain documentation and assist with compliance, planning and quality improvement.
