Paisley Park Early Learning Centres is seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead its Paisley Park Templestowe service in Victoria. The role focuses on delivering high-quality early learning, strong partnerships with families and staff, and ensuring child safety and wellbeing.

You will lead a capable team, maintain regulatory standards, and shape the centre’s culture to reflect Paisley Park’s commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Qualifikationen

• A recognised early childhood qualification such as a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ECEC or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Victorian regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with families and staff.
• Commitment to high-quality educational outcomes and child safety.
