Paisley Park Early Learning Centres is seeking an Educational Leader to join Paisley Park Newtown, Geelong. The role focuses on leading educational practice, mentoring Educators and strengthening curriculum across the service.

You will work with a strong educational culture, provide on-floor leadership, and drive reflective practice to improve outcomes for children. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in a family-owned organisation with 30+ years’ experience.

Qualificações

• Experience leading educational practice in early childhood settings.
• Ability to mentor and develop Educators on floor.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and curriculum development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and strengthen EYLF within daily practice.
• Model intentional teaching and effective pedagogical strategies.
• Provide timely feedback and support to Educators for growth.
• Develop engaging programs reflecting children's voices and interests.
• Translate research into practical classroom improvements.
