Paisley Park Templestowe is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead daily operations, educational quality and team performance in Victoria. You will work with families, Educators and leaders to ensure a safe, engaging and high-quality early learning environment.

As a senior leader, you will oversee staffing, compliance with national standards, budgeting and continuous improvement, while strengthening connections with the local community and ensuring exceptional experiences for children

Competenze

• Experience leading an early years service or Centre Director role.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Regulations.
• Ability to plan and monitor budgets, rosters and resource allocation.
