Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our Marsden Park team. You will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's development, safety and wellbeing, and lead educational programs aligned with EYLF, NQS, and our curriculum while mentoring educators.

The role involves collaboration with children, families, and staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child thrives.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent).
• Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with EYLF and NQS.
• Mentor educators to strengthen teaching practice and outcomes.
• Observe and document children's learning, promoting inclusion and independence.
• Maintain active supervision and high standards of safety and safeguarding.
• Build partnerships with children, families and the community.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and positive team culture.
