Job summary

Busy Bees at Pimpama is seeking an inspiring Educational Leader to mentor and support educators, driving quality practice and curriculum development. This full-time role sits within Busy Bees at Pimpama and offers a hourly rate of $41.72–$43.08 plus the Ed. Leader Allowance.

You will guide EYLF and NQF implementation, support documentation and reflective practice, lead professional development, and work closely with the Centre Director to achieve excellent outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
• Experience mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Guide implementation of the EYLF across the centre.
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the NQF.
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team.
• Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children.
