Busy Bees at Coorparoo is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to manage daily learning programs and support fellow educators in a safe, engaging environment. This full-time role focuses on high-quality education and strong family collaboration, ensuring every child thrives.

You will guide planning, mentor staff, and uphold Busy Bees’ Bee Safe values, contributing to a nurturing, inclusive centre culture and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
• Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences.
