Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators toward excellence. You will champion the Image of the Child and drive high-quality learning through our National Learning, Research, and Development program with broad development opportunities.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children's Check.
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Completion of CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002, CHCECE057 or GECCKO Training before commencement.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team of Educators toward excellence.
• Foster the Image of the Child and drive high-quality learning within our NLRDP framework.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan responsive and inclusive learning experiences.
• Support ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
• Ensure safety, well-being and compliance across the setting.
