Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators. The role emphasizes the NLRDP program, professional development and collaboration to create a rich, child-centred learning environment.

You will focus on the Image of the Child, wellbeing, inclusion, and ongoing support from an Educational Leader to help you grow your career within Green Leaves.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children Check (state‑relevant).
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Must be available for rotating shifts starting as early as 6:30 am and finishing by 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team of Educators to greatness while leading from the front.
• Support the NLRDP program and provide development opportunities for staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to ignite creativity and curiosity in children according to the Image of the Child.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children and first nations engagement.
