Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to mentor and guide a team of Educators toward excellence. You will participate in our National Learning, Research and Development program and access extensive professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current QLD Blue Card.
• Current QLD Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Willingness to obtain CHCPRT025/001/026/057 equivalents before commencement; training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator to mentor and support a team of Educators.
• Contribute to and implement the NLRDP program and development opportunities.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children.
