Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators in delivering high‑quality early childhood education. You will champion the NLRDP program and foster collaborative, creative learning environments.

You will work closely with families, apply child development best practices, and participate in ongoing professional development and cultural learning initiatives to support wellbeing and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in early childhood settings.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Commitment to inclusive, safe learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Educators to achieve program goals.
• Implement and model the NLRDP program across the team.
• Collaborate with families and Centre leaders to support children’s learning.
• Ensure compliance with child safety, welfare, and regulatory requirements.
