Job summary

NurtureOne is seeking a Lead Educator at Wangaratta Children's Centre, a part of G8 Education. You will guide early childhood learning for children 0-5, build strong routines, and partner with a qualified team to deliver engaging activities.

The position is full-time, 38 hours per week, with flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance and professional growth within our network of centres.

Qualifications

• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a learning environment for children 0-5 years
• Collaborate with team to maintain high-quality learning experiences
• Contribute to planning and implementing EYLF and NQS-aligned activities

Education

ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 78 children with operating hours from 6.30am-6.30pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
