Job summary

Eden Academy Xavier College Two Wells is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for our brand-new centre. You will deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program in a light-filled environment, engaging with families and the Xavier College community.

We value educators who are passionate about early education, collaborative, and committed to child safety. A WHC check is required and there is ongoing professional development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Two professional references, including a manager or supervisor.

Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, our centre provides the perfect indoor and outdoor settings for 141 children to explore, and for you to deliver a world-class Kindergarten program.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• A professional, polished presence and warm approach
• A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
• Comfortable supporting and participating in the Catholic identity of the service, including prayer, faith-based celebrations and community events, while embracing the values of the Xavier College community.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
