Job summary

Eden Academy Mountain Creek is seeking a visionary Co-Lead Educator to inspire and shape a world of wonder for young learners. The centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm and serves about 125 children with premium play spaces and a rotating set of age-appropriate resources.

You will lead an incredible team, foster inclusive leadership, and build strong relationships with families and the local community as part of Eden Academy’s caring environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• A professional and friendly personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
• A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
