Job summary

Eden Academy Wollongbar is opening a brand-new centre designed as a family-like learning space for up to 100 children. We are hiring a Lead Educator and Assistant Educators to join our growing team and help build a safe, engaging, and enriching environment from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

We value educators who empower children, foster curiosity and resilience, and form strong partnerships with families and the community. Protective measures and staff support are central to our culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Food Handling Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check
• Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• Excellent personal presentation
• Two professional references (one from a childcare/education supervisor)

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator and Assistant Educator roles for the new Eden Academy Wollongbar centre.
• Create a nurturing, home-like learning environment that empowers children as independent learners.

You will possess:

• A Diploma inEarly Childhood Education (or an ACECQA approved equivalent) or

• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
