Job summary

Kool Beanz Academy in Suffolk Park is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our privately owned centre serving up to 42 children. You will lead the team, implement programs, and engage with families, schools and the local community to support child-led discovery.

Ideal candidate has Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWC and First Aid, and a strong understanding of EYLF and NQS. Monday–Friday hours in a vibrant community setting with great development opportunities.

• WWC Check and First Aid certification required.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We have fantastic opportunities for aDiploma Qualified, highly motivatedLead Educatorwho is ready to work Monday to Friday and is looking to work in our privately owned and operated Centre.

This position is a position where using your previous experience as a Lead Educator you will help to manage and support the team. For us, it's about finding a like-minded individual who ispassionate about early childhood educationand the developmental needs of children.

About the Role:

• Help to support your team, to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
• Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About You:

• Experience: previous experience as a Lead Educator in an early childhood setting.
• Qualifications:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR equivalent approved by ACECQA.
• Compliance:Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification.
  Knowledge:Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education:Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Documentation & Planning:Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs and general administration.
• Work Authorisation: Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Working hours:

Ideally, we are looking for team member who are available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
